Yes – if you have only chosen to use the talents of our team on products you have already bought, or if we cannot source the exact products you want, and of course if we simply cannot source the products that you desire.
Will I have to pay you for the design of my new bathroom?
The answer to this is a simple no. We don’t ask for any kind of payment for creating the new design of your bathroom. Our design services are complimentary.
Why are you better than other bathroom companies?
We are an experienced team with many skills which we apply to every project we undertake. As a small company, we offer a personal and individual service. We will come to you when we promise and will always make the whole process – from an initial idea through design to completion – hassle free. We conduct our work professionally, respecting your home whilst we work within it, and leaving you with a completely transformed room to be proud of.
Do I need to arrange for an electrician or a plumber myself?
Our team have all the skills necessary to carry out a full job from start to finish. We will project manage the whole job, leaving you to sit back and enjoy the whole process with little disruption and a finished piece that you can show off.
How long will it take to fit a whole bathroom?
Every bathroom project we do is different so we cannot give you a time frame until we know exactly what you need us to do. We will advise you of this once we know the size of the bathroom and what kind of work needs to be carried out.
Sometimes we may have to rebuild a partial wall (who knows what is under those old tiles?) or we might find other issues when we strip back old furniture and fittings. That said, we always aim to conduct jobs within the minimum time possible so that we don’t disrupt your home for too long, and so that we can be sure you are happy with our quick yet detailed bathroom refit services.
Can I use the bathroom whilst you work on it?
We will always reconnect the toilet and your bathroom will be left as clean and tidy as it can be when we leave. This is especially useful if you only have one toilet in your house. However we cannot always guarantee you will be able to shower, use the bidet or bath until completion is finished.
Do you have the necessary insurance?
We are comprehensively covered with public liability insurance. Evidence of this will be supplied either on request, or when we visit you to discuss your requirements.
Can we change the room layout?
This will depend on where the waste pipes and soil stacks are and how easy they are to move. It may cost you a lot more and depends to move everything but anything is possible.
How much will a new bathroom cost?
This all depends on the standard and design of bathroom you require. We can go through all the prices of our bathroom suites and any other services you require when we come and see you.
What are your payment terms?
A £200 deposit is required 2 weeks before commences. The cost of materials will be a 1/3 on the start date, a 1/3 will need to be paid when we are half way and a 1/3 when we have completed all the work and you are happy with what we have done.
